Hi stampers!! I just wanted to drop in and let you know I am still alive! I have had my hubby home for two weeks and we haven't had much down time. Let me fill you in a bit:
First, we are looking for a new home! Exciting...but stressful! We are on the fence about where we want to be. Not that we would move far but I want to make sure that we are in a place that we will want to be forever! Yes...for those of you that know us...we have moved alot...and believe me...we are tired of it. I found my DREAM house but not crazy about the location. So...trying to think things through and make the right decision...and it isn't always easy. Ok...it is never easy!
On top of that, I have a job interview tomorrow! I am totally freaking a little bit! I haven't worked in 6 years! Wait...I haven't worked for an employer for 6 years but I have actually worked my booty off for the last 6 years otherwise.....
I had a phone interview last week, which was a little intense because I am not the best about answering mystery questions on the spot. And tomorrow is the face to face....
I am teetering back and forth with going back to work. I think it will be good for our family in some ways and I would have more stamping money! But...my routine has been centered around kids and housework for the last 6 years! What am I going to be walking into???? I keep saying if it is meant to be...it will be.
We celebrated my sons 12th birthday early this past Saturday. We surprised him with his new wheels:
Yep..I have all boys! And this is the kind of stuff they love! He has had a dirt bike since he was about 6.
Luckily as he outgrows them...they pass right on down to the the other two boys!
We have had some beach time to! The weather has been beautiful so outdoors we have been! I love this time of year.
Unfortunately, I have had very little stamp time the last two weeks but have managed to squeeze in a little time for some inky fun! But I better get my rear in gear because I need to work on swaps for convention! I can't wait for that getaway!
Here is a card I cased from the Stampin' Up! blog. It is so simple and I LOVE the nautical look!
The original can be found here.
Thanks for stopping by!
